Crosslinker for exterior durable polyester powder coatings
Description
M44 is a novel β-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinker, which is especially designed to have 3 hydroxyl group functionalities, for formulating exterior durable carboxylic polyester powder coatings. Due to its chemical structure, M44 could provide long-gel time, better color stability and excellent over baking properties, therefore, a pinhole-free, high glossy powder coating with exceptional flow is easily formulated.

Process & Use levels
M44 is added to the binder/pigment blend before extrusion.
Recommended to design formulation by weight parts of 94.5/5.5 (resin to M44) for pure polyester resin with AV ca 34mgKOH/g.

One year from the date of production. It is recommended to check the acid value after one year before using.
